1 Kilo Of Lamb Mince Meat Or 2 pounds
3 Tablespoons of Fresh Garlic And Ginger For Paste
5 green chilli peppers to make paste
2 Tablespoon Of Red Chilli Powder
1/2 Tablespoon Of Turmeric Powder
1/2 Tablespoon Of Salt
1 Cinnamon Stick
A Couple Of Black Pepper
1/2 Tablespoon Of Dry Coriander Powder
1/2 Tablespoon Of Garam Masala Powder
1/2 Tablespoon Of Cumin Powder
Some Olive Oil
